Welcome to the MasterClass Executive takeover!

Ever wish your business education moved as fast as your favourite apps? Today we’ve hijacked OpenTools to unveil MasterClass Executive - an AI‑native business school experience built with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and with collaboration from OpenAI.

Designed for working professionals, this 12–16 week, cohort‑based program leverages AI to deliver personalized education built around the skills this new world actually demands.

Here’s why you’ll want a seat:

  • Your personal AI tutor. The program functions as a personal AI tutor that adjusts to your pace, role and goals while maintaining Chicago Booth’s high academic standards.

  • AI labs with the people building the future. You’ll engage in live AI labs led by innovators like, Lovable and ElevenLabs, applying AI to real business challenges, and getting hands-on with the latest tools.

  • World-class leaders and top academics. Learn from instructors like Ray Dalio, Mark Cuban, Issa Rae, Gary Vaynerchuk, Indra Nooyi, Paul Krugman, Turing Award winner Jack Dongarra, and world-class professors from leading higher education institutions.

  • Proof employers care about. Finish with a portfolio reviewed by partners like Bain & Company, Deloitte, DICK’s Sporting Goods and Zoom

The inaugural cohort runs 12–16 weeks and costs $2,500 (payment plans available). Seats are limited. If you want to future‑proof your career in record time, this is your chance.

♨️News –  Anthropic built an AI model too dangerous to release. Claude Mythos Preview can find and exploit critical security vulnerabilities in every major OS and browser. Access is restricted to 12 companies only.

👨‍💻Fast facts –

  • Mythos found tens of thousands of zero-day vulnerabilities, compared to roughly 500 for Anthropic's previous flagship model.

  • It built working exploits on the first attempt in 83.1% of cases, no specialized training required.

  • It discovered a 27-year-old flaw in OpenBSD and a 16-year-old vulnerability that survived five million automated security passes.

  • OpenAI is building a similar model. Anthropic expects it within 6 to 18 months.

🤓Open Tools POV – Anthropic just drew a line the rest of the industry will not respect. A model that builds working exploits in seconds, escapes its own cage, and finds flaws humans missed for 27 years is not a research project. It is a new category of power. The companies that control models like this will control the security layer of the entire internet. That is not a cybersecurity story. That is a sovereignty story.

We sat down with MasterClass CEO David Rogier for a candid conversation about why the company decided to build an AI‑native business school.

The discussion covers:

  • The skills gap. Why workers feel their education ages faster than their careers, and how MasterClass Executive is designed to close that gap.

  • Building with AI from day one. How collaborating with OpenAI and University of Chicago Booth allowed the program to deliver learning outcomes 60 % faster than traditional approaches.

  • Redefining business education. What it means to build a curriculum that evolves as quickly as the market and why employer‑validated standards matter.

  • First‑cohort insights. Early stories from applicants and what the inaugural group can expect.

Listen to the full conversation to understand how MasterClass plans to democratize executive‑level AI training and why now is the time to invest in your future.

☕News –  Meta launched Muse Spark, its first major AI model under Alexandr Wang, nine months after a $14.3 billion bet on Scale AI. The model is now live on the Meta AI app and website, with rollout planned across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

👨‍💻Fast facts –

  • Muse Spark was built in nine months by Meta Superintelligence Labs, rebuilt from the ground up after Llama 4 failed to impress developers last year.

  • The model has three modes: fast answers, deep reasoning, and a Contemplating mode that uses squads of AI agents working in parallel.

  • Meta plans to open-source future versions, but the most powerful models stay proprietary, a reversal of its longtime open-source identity.

  • Zuckerberg recruited researchers from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google after pushing out longtime AI chief Yann LeCun.

🤓Open Tools POV – Meta just spent $14 billion to buy its way back into the AI race. Muse Spark is not a product launch. It is a proof of life. The real play is distribution: 3 billion people already inside WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. OpenAI has to acquire users. Meta already owns them. If the model is even competitive, the scale advantage alone makes Meta the most dangerous AI company most people are underestimating right now.
