♨️News – AMD is partnering with OpenAI to supply six gigawatts of AI processors over five years, challenging Nvidia’s lead in the AI chip market. OpenAI plans to start with a one-gigawatt deployment of AMD Instinct MI450 GPUs in the second half of 2026 to support tools like ChatGPT.

AMD expects the deal to generate tens of billions of dollars in revenue.
OpenAI can receive up to 160 million AMD shares at one cent each as milestones are reached.
AMD stock rose 24 percent in pre-market trading after the announcement.
OpenAI also signed a non-binding letter of intent with Nvidia for at least 10 gigawatts of GPU capacity.
The deal follows OpenAI loosening its exclusive partnership with Microsoft earlier this year.

☕News – After OpenAI’s video app Sora topped the U.S. App Store, Google appears to be testing a new look for its Gemini AI app. The redesign, found in the app’s Android code, hints at a more visual experience with a scrollable feed of suggested prompts and images instead of the current chatbot-style interface.

The update was discovered by Android Authority through code analysis but hasn’t been rolled out publicly.
The new layout features shortcut buttons like “Create Image” and “Deep Research,” followed by a feed of visual prompts.
Suggested prompts include creative ideas such as “Teleport me to deep space” and “Turn my drawing into a storybook.”
Google hasn’t confirmed any details, saying there’s “no announcement just yet.”
The redesign could help Gemini attract users who prefer a more interactive and visual AI experience.
