This Week in Workflow Wednesday: AI Simplicity

Make Process Documentation Effortless with Scribe
Process docs always fall to the bottom of the list. Too many steps. Too much formatting. Too much time.
Here’s how to skip all that and let AI do the heavy lifting:

Step 1:
Install Scribe and start doing the task - onboarding, reporting, anything repeatable.
It silently captures every click and screenshot while you work. No writing. No formatting.

Step 2:
Let Scribe auto-generate your step-by-step guide—then edit, polish, or share in seconds.
We break it down fully in this week’s issue, along with 2 other ultra-simple AI workflows

Google's ask photos is back with a blend of classic and AI search

☕News – Google is rolling out its AI-powered ask photos feature again after temporarily pausing it to fix performance issues. The tool now blends the speed of classic photo search with AI-driven results that load in the background.

👨‍💻Fast facts –

  • Ask Photos lets users search their image library using everyday language.

  • Google paused the rollout after users reported slow responses and unreliable results.

  • The updated version now shows quicker, simpler results first, while AI processes deeper queries in the background.

  • For example, searching “white dog” shows instant matches, followed by AI-identified results with added context.

  • Ask Photos is currently available in the US for users over 18 who have English as their account language and Face Groups turned on.

🤓OpenTools POV – This update shows how AI features work best when paired with familiar tools that already get the job done. Google is clearly learning that reliability still matters just as much as innovation.
